I have been around ...

  • I was a top performing manager at Google for 10 years.
  • I have more than 20 years of experience in the technology sector, in roles ranging from software development all the way to sales leadership in several multinational companies.
  • I’ve been coaching my team members for years.
  • I have changed careers three times.
  • I have sailed about 5,000 nautical miles, mostly in the Atlantic Ocean and some in the Pacific.
  • I have visited 54 countries. 
  • I’m married and have two daughters.
  • I speak Spanish, English and French.
  • I am a Divemaster-level scuba diver.
  • I have been a freelancer, an independent consultant, an employee, and a founder.
  • I have lived in three countries and in eight different cities.
