- I have more than 20 years of experience in the technology sector, in roles ranging from software development all the way to sales leadership in several multinational companies.
- I’ve been coaching my team members for years.
- I have changed careers three times.
- I have sailed over 10,000 nautical miles in the Southern Ocean with the Clipper Race, the Atlantic Ocean and the Pacific.
- I have visited 54 countries.
- I’m married and have two daughters.
- I speak Spanish, English and French.
- I am a Divemaster-level scuba diver.
- I have been a freelancer, an independent consultant, an employee, and a founder.
- I have lived in three countries and in eight different cities.
- I’m based in New York City.

I’m a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach from the Co-Active Training Institute, probably the best coaching school in the world. I also have an PCC Certification from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and I abide by its Code of Ethics.
